Who I am

Hi, I'm Iulia Rob Ditan.

I've been working with lashes for years and I've developed a style of my own, a clean technique, safe for the eyes, with results that last. Now I've put everything I know into a video course you can follow from home, at your own pace.

This course is for you if you want to learn a beautiful trade, if you already work with lashes and want to refine your technique, or if you want to open your own studio and offer a quality service.

1. Copyright clause and use of the course

a. The online course, including the video, audio and written materials, presentations, documents, examples, exercises, graphics, structure and any other original materials made available to the Client, is protected by copyright and related-rights legislation, in accordance with Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, as subsequently amended and supplemented.

b. Purchasing the course grants the Client a personal, limited and non-transferable right to access and use the content solely for the purpose of their own training. Purchasing the course does not entail the transfer of copyright or of the commercial exploitation rights over the materials.

c. It is strictly forbidden, without the prior, express and written consent of the Rights Holder, to reproduce, copy, record, distribute, publish, transmit to third parties, resell, sublicense, make available to the public or commercially exploit, in whole or in part, the course materials.

d. The Client is forbidden from using the original materials of the course, in whole or in part, including by adaptation or processing, for the purpose of creating, promoting, providing or marketing another course, training program, educational product or similar service, where such use involves the reproduction or exploitation of the protected content of the course.

e. By purchasing the course, the Client does not acquire the right to present themselves as the author, creator or holder of the rights over the materials made available within the course.

f. Any use of the materials beyond the limits set out in this clause is permitted only on the basis of the prior written consent of the Rights Holder.

g. Breach of this clause may give rise to the Client's civil liability and to the exercise by the Rights Holder of all rights and remedies provided by the applicable legislation, including requesting the cessation of the unauthorized use and, where applicable, recovery of the damage caused.

2. Price & payment. The Course costs 400 €, paid once by bank transfer to the account shown after you accept these Terms. No automated/card payment is used.

3. Access. After the Seller confirms your payment, you receive a personal username and password by direct message. Access to the video lasts 7 days from your first login.

4. Digital content. Because this is digital content delivered immediately, by logging in you agree that access begins at once and you lose the right of withdrawal for the delivered content.

5. No refunds. Payment for the Course is final. Once your access details have been sent, the purchase is non-refundable.
